Birthday Party

The whole gang was finally in town at the same time to celebrate my 66th at Tupelo Junction where we enjoyed some of the yummiest food in Santa Barbara. Here I am with my right hand man, my clerk Nate
Here's my right hand judicial assistant, Pamela, and my strong right arm bailiff, Tony.
Janet joined us. That's my terrific court reporter, Colleen.
My wonderful staff gave Janet and me a coastal or sunset cruise on the fifty-foot sailing catamaran, Santa Barbara's Double Dolphin! We can hardly wait.

Flowers for Cleared Out Weeds

The weeds had overgrown the "shade garden" with all of our recent travels, so we hired Hector Gonzales to bring in a crew to clear out all the weeds. We're thinking of putting a little octagonal deck out here, but may not since the neighbors' bushes have grown up to block the view of the islands from this location.
It was nice to get the side yard cleaned out, too. We think we'll have Hector put in some weed barrier and plant some ground cover here.
Janet got out early to plant the flowers in front of the bougainvillea.
